1. Who We Are

2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why
2.1. Comments:
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be publicly visible in the context of your comment.
2.2. Media:
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the site. We also store all student assignments, videos, comments, and feedback submitted in any digital format on our website.
2.3. Data & Content Submitted by Users:
We store all data submitted by users (students, parents, faculty, etc.) in the form of assignments, activities, contest entries, comments, feedback, or any other submissions, in secure locations for future reference. This data is integral to our teaching methodology at Vedx, which focuses on inspiring, motivating, and encouraging students and parents.
To this end, we reserve the right to:
- Use selected content to inspire a student or parent.
- Share selected inspirational content to encourage and inspire other students and parents.
- Use such content to celebrate the achievements of a student, parent, or Vedx itself.
Content selection for these purposes will be based on merit and made at the sole discretion of Vedx’s higher authorities. This content may be shared with a student or parent, circulated among a section of the Vedx community, or posted on our websites, apps, and social media handles. We do not share any data or content with third parties unless required for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
3. Cookies
3.1. Comment Cookies:
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to re-enter your details for future comments. These cookies will last for one year.
3.2. Login Page Cookies:
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
3.3. Account Login Cookies:
When you log in, we will set up cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, while screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. When you log out, the login cookies will be removed.
3.4. Article Editing Cookies:
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser, which includes no personal data and expires after one day.
4. Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you are logged into their website.
5. Data Retention
If you submit information to our site, the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely to enable automatic approval of any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users who register on our website, we store the personal information provided in their user profiles. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for usernames). Website administrators can also view and edit that information.
6. Your Rights Over Your Data
If you have an account on our site or have left comments, you may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, except for data we are legally required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Media Rights
By enrolling in our programs, you grant Vedx the right to use any photos, videos, or other media captured or submitted during classes, assignments, and activities for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to:
- Use of student photos, videos, and media in promotional materials (e.g., brochures, videos, social media content).
- Recording of online classes and sessions for training, quality assurance, and promotional purposes.
Vedx will take appropriate measures to ensure that any media content used respects the privacy of the individuals involved and will not be used in a manner that could be deemed harmful or inappropriate. However, by enrolling and participating in Vedx courses and programs, you agree to waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of your child’s image or likeness in such materials.
Terms & Conditions
1. Fees and Payments
1.1 Types of Fees:
Our programs have different fee structures based on your enrollment type:
Programs with Monthly Subscription:
- LMS Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee that covers access to our Learning Management System (LMS) and educational materials.
- Monthly Subscription Fee: Charged on a recurring basis each month. Once your subscription is set up, your payment method will be automatically billed every month.
Programs without Monthly Subscription:
- Lump Sum Fee: A one-time fee based on the number of classes you have enrolled in.
1.3 Subscription Pause:
Programs with Monthly Subscription:You may request to pause your montly subscription by contacting us via email at info@vedx.us. Please note that written notice must be provided at least seven (7) days before your next billing date to process your pause request. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the renewal of your subscription for the upcoming month. If you have already paid for a month but have not utilized the classes, your payment can be applied toward the next set of classes when your child rejoins the program.
Programs without Monthly Subscription:If you have enrolled in a program by paying a lump sum fee, you can pause your classes by providing at least seven (7) days’ notice. To resume your classes, please notify us at least seven (7) days in advance to start at a time of your choice.
1.4 Refund Policy:
Programs with Monthly Subscription:
Please be aware that all monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. We encourage you to complete your classes for the current month and cancel your subscription to avoid charges for the following month. Please note that the one-time LMS Fee, paid at the start of the course, is non-refundable.
Programs without Monthly Subscription:
Please note that if you have enrolled in a program by paying a lump sum fee, the refundable amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting the LMS fee. Please be aware that classes scheduled for the month will be charged regardless of when the program is stopped during the month.
2. Class Flexibility
2.1 Customized Learning:
We offer personalized instruction tailored to the individual learning level of each student to optimize their educational experience.
2.2 Initial Assessment and Roadmap:
Upon enrollment, a Vedx faculty member will conduct a comprehensive review of the student’s specific needs and create a customized learning roadmap to guide their progress.
2.3 Pace and Stress-Free Learning Environment:
While we strive to cover the syllabus efficiently and provide all necessary support, we prioritize the well-being of our students. The pace of the classes and activities will be adjusted as needed to maintain a stress-free, enjoyable learning environment.
2.4 Accelerated Learning for Advanced Students:
If a student demonstrates proficiency in a particular topic, we may expedite the coverage of that topic to maximize the use of instructional time and allow for more advanced learning.
2.5 Flexible Topic Completion Times:
The estimated time required to complete each topic is indicative and may vary. Students may take more or less time depending on their individual pace and understanding.
3. Access to the VEDX LMS System
Access to the VEDX LMS is provided only while a student is actively enrolled in one of our programs. If your child is not currently enrolled or is taking a break from the program, access to all parts of LMS expires automatically. In case you require access to the LMS without the teaching services, access is available against a monthly subscription fee. Please contact a Vedx representative for further details.
4. Additional Clauses
4.1 Continuous Evaluation and Adjustment:
We periodically reassess the student’s progress and make adjustments to the learning roadmap and pace to ensure continued alignment with their evolving needs and goals.
4.2 Parental/Guardian Communication:
Regular communication will be maintained with parents or guardians to keep them informed of their child’s progress and any adjustments made to the learning plan.
4.3 Class Availability and Scheduling:
Classes are subject to availability, and while we strive to accommodate individual scheduling needs, we reserve the right to modify class schedules in response to unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Disclaimer on Academic Outcomes:
While we commit to providing high-quality instruction and support, academic outcomes are influenced by various factors, and Vedx cannot guarantee specific results.
Code of Conduct and Communication Policy for Parents/Guardians
Respectful Communication
All communications between parents/guardians and coaches, administrators, or support personnel must be conducted respectfully. Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening language or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.
Professional Conduct
All interactions between parents/guardians and staff must be professional and courteous. This includes emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person communication. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including termination of services.
Constructive Feedback: Parents/guardians are encouraged to provide feedback in a constructive and positive manner. Concerns should be communicated through appropriate channels, such as scheduled meetings or written correspondence, to ensure they are addressed effectively.
Dispute and Conflict Resolution
In the event of a disagreement or conflict, parents/guardians agree to engage in a resolution process facilitated by the organization. This may include meetings with coaches, administrators, or other relevant parties, conducted in a calm and respectful manner.
Non-Interference in Coaching Sessions
Parents/guardians agree not to interfere with or disrupt coaching sessions, whether in-person or online. Any concerns should be raised outside of class time using appropriate communication channels.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Discrimination
The organization does not tolerate harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind, including bias based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Violations may lead to termination of services.
Positive Role Modeling
Parents/guardians are expected to model respectful behavior towards all members of the organization’s community, including coaches and staff. This sets a positive example for their children and contributes to a supportive learning environment.
Confidentiality
Parents/guardians agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other students, families, and staff members. Personal information shared within the organization must not be disclosed without explicit consent.
Complaint Procedure and Communication Channels
Parents/guardians should use designated communication channels for all interactions with coaches and staff. This ensures that concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately. Any complaints must be communicated through proper channels, starting with the child’s coach and escalating to administration if necessary.
Consequences of Violation
The organization reserves the right to take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, requiring parent-administration meetings, or, in severe cases, terminating the enrollment agreement if these terms are repeatedly or egregiously violated.
Withdrawal and Termination
The organization reserves the right to terminate services if parents/guardians consistently fail to adhere to these terms and conditions. Parents may also withdraw their child from the program by providing written notice in accordance with the enrollment agreement.
Right to Amend
The organization reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice provided to all enrolled families. Continued enrollment after such notice will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
Acceptance of Policies
By enrolling their child, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all organizational policies, including those related to parent behavior, communication, and the organization’s Code of Conduct.
